What is the difference between new and remanufactured ink jet cartridges?

For Lexmark Printer.|||If it was professionally remanufactured, as in resealed properly, nothing is different. It was refilled and its cheaper.





This is generally true for any electronics, I find that remanufactured it is the same or better, because the problem was either fixed or made better by upgrading the problem parts.|||New ones are new.
