How can i stop my hp photosmart 7400 ( cartridge low on ink) pop up window at start up . help me stop it.?

every time i start my computer a message pops up saying ink cartrideg low on ink.( HP Photosmart 7400 series).


the silent runner i tried to run im not sure if it%26#039;s this line:

i dont know if this is it but i now refill my own cartridges and this is doing my head in any help on how to block it or delete it or regedit it out greatly appreciated .!!

it runs every time ive tried using enabled tasks but it doesnt show up there all that shows up is this.

RSVP.|||Download and instal Reg Cleaner (http://www.worldstart.com/weekly-download/archives/reg-cleaner4.3.htm), run program, go to the STARTUP option and delete any files related to the irritating hp program. Reboot system. That should do it.
