exchange the cartridge. If you have purchased a compatible or remanufactured cartridge there is a good chance the electronics are no longer working.|||THATS BECAUSE YOU ARE USING THE REFILLED CATRIDGE .
SWITCH TO GENUINE HP CARTRIDGE AND YOU WILL NOT FACE ANY PROBLEM
HOWEVER IF YOU DONT WANNA SPEND THOSE EXTRA BUCKS THEN GET THE REFILLED CATRIDGE RECHECKED OR SWAPPED ON ANOTHER COMPATIBLE HP PRINTER
TRY CLEANING THE CIRCUIT CONTACTS ON THE CATRIDGE MAYBE THERE IS SOME INK ON THE CATRIDGE.
TRY RESTARTING THE PRINTER AFTER DOING SO.
HOWEVER THE ULTIMATE OPTION IS CHECKING IT ON ANOTHER PRINTER ,IF IT WORKS THEN GREAT OR ELSE GET IT REPLACED OR SERVICED.|||Sometimes it%26#039;s helpful to clean the connectors. If you look on the ink cartridge, there are connectors that look kind of like a circuit board.
There should be similar looking connectors in the carriage that you place the cartridge into (in the printer). Wipe those as well.
