Why does it say cartridge incorrect on my printers screen when its the cartridge i got with it?

Have you followed the fitting instructions carefully? Removed all the plastic tear-offs? Try cleaning the contacts carefully. Does the printer take more than one cartridge, is it in the right slot?|||If it%26#039;s the cartridge it came with and you have checking it is inserted in correct slot, and fully seated, call the manufacturer support line for help.


Could be a faulty cart, or a faulty printer.





NO NOT attempt to do any fix yourself, if manuf are unhelpful, grab your receipt and box and take it back to whence it came.
