Can fountain pens that use ink bottles also use ink cartridges?

I recently bought one and i was disappointed that i had to use an ink bottle. It has that clear plastic tube with the screw thing in it. Is it possible to just use a ink cartridge?|||Depends on the manufacturer or model there are some available (Some Parker models, i think) . I know this fact that not all fountain pens have this facility
