My lexmark Z645 will not print color. The cartridge is new, any advise would be appreciated!!?

from Lexmark Solution Center choose maintenance-%26gt;install cartridge. Just follow the instructions you will read from there.





Software needs to be informed that you%26#039;ve installed the tri-color cartridge. Otherwise, it will use only the last known installed cartridge w/c in your case only the black color cartridge. The device can print even with (either) one cartridge installed.|||Have you removed the tape and cleaned the cartridge . call lexmark And hope you get lucky and find a rep you can understand|||did the blue tape on the cartridge get removed?? - this is a safety tape to protect the ink in the cartridge. - it should be removed.|||have you axcidentally (sp?) sellected grayscale as default instead of color?|||make sure you removed the tape from the ink port on the cartridge,
