The printer seems to print but all I get is either a white sheet or a sheet with an image....help!|||There could be several causes, most of them easy to fix. The vent tape or %26quot;shipping tape%26quot; is commonly overlooked and a good place to start.
If you%26#039;ve already run a head cleaning to prime the cartridge and it%26#039;s still not working, don%26#039;t fret, help is available.

It sounds to me like the Black ink is malfunctioning. You did remove the little plastic tab from the ink cartridge, right?
